Rowan Lake has excellent cabbage beds, and hundreds of blow-downs and reed beds where big old largemouth are found. “Three- and four-pound bass were a common ‘mistake,’ when I went muskie fishing there with our oversized muskie baits.” Rowan Lake is a large, unique, fly-in fishery with very little fishing pressure. And most of that is for the incredible muskie that reside there. I fish a lot of lakes here in Minnesota, but my muskie fishing highlight each year is up on Rowan. I've made many trips to your lodge over the years and again I was amazed at the fantastic job that you and your staff do.
