We survived!

Posted by:

Both Lynn and myself want to thank Jeremy Wade and his River Monster crew for being our guests recently.  What an experience seeing what all goes into making a fishing episode of River Monsters!

That’s all I’ll report about River Monster’s stay here on Rowan Lake as we’ll all be waiting for the show to air next April or May 2015….stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted when it actually shows.

Fishing has been good for our our other guests in camp this past week and hopefully we’ll get some fish pics to post here real soon.   The weather has been windy and then calm and a BIG cold front just settled in as we have the lodge wood burning stove fired tonight up along with all the cabin heaters as well.

We have a group of fly fisherman coming in camp at the end of the week to chase Muskies.

I’ll be updating more soon as we prepare to close out the 2014 fishing season here on Rowan Lake!

p.s. Thanks for checking out our fishing reports page this season!
